That’s what my problem since then. I am not that familiar with excel and I am afraid I can’t help. Anyway, you wouldn’t need any advice columnists for that because as I observed, there are lot of people in here who are experts in the software and applications.

Just found the problem. Use a carriage return Char(13) rather than a line return Char(10) and everything works fine. This may just be a Mac issue, but it's worth noting.

I have phonenunbers in a column with a variety of formats depending on where the numbers came from. Some have parentheses around the area code, some do not. Some have periods between area code and number, some have spaces, some have dashes. Is there any way to convert all cells within the column into one singular format for the phone number?
